The performance is fine. Upgrade your computer. It run;s WoW because WoW is a cartoon that lacks the ability to render real graphics.

The combat is fine. lrn2play. At level 1 I was doing 80 points of damage.

WO is FAR from a WoW clone. It doesn't even remotely look close to WoW. The interface is completely different, and Mythic came up with a very sleek looking UI that fits the game as a whole perfectly.

While WoW is based on PvE, WO is based on PvP. The combat is better and more diverse. Holy shit, you actually have a reason to use more than 1 spell per class.

The PvP is PHENOMINAL. It's everything WoW SHOULD have been. There's a reason to world PvP. There's a reason to attack cities.

In WoW, the only reason to world PvP is ... oh wait, there isn't a reason. Really. You kill a few people, you gain a few points of honor, and that's it. The only reason to raid cities is ... oh yeah, for an achievement no one pays attention to. And that's literally the only reason to compete in world PvP.

In WoW, the only reason to PvP is to do BG's.

In WO, you have quests that take you into contested territories that force you to engage in RvR. By doing so, you gain influence and renown points (which is the same as honor points in WoW) and you can purchase rewards with that influence, and you can spend your renown points in upgrading your current skills and learning new skills. You see, there's actually a reason to PvP in WO! Holy shit.

WO is all about war. Literally. And that's why you were thrown into a war, but I can't help but call bullshit that it just threw you into a battle and had you defending your team. I've done the prologue for just about every race, and I've never just been randomly thrown into a battle. I might have gotten a quest that asked me to compete in a PQ or a quest that sent me into RvR territory, but that's about it. And guess what. It was totally my choice! If I didn't want to, I could skip it.

And if you were confused in WO and didn't know what the fuck to do, then god forbid, I'd hate to see you play the original EverQuest, or hell, any game that requires you to read and think on clues on what you need to do to progress. Everything you need to do is right there. It's all quest based, ad the locations you need to go to is highlighted right there on your map. If you get stuck, all you need to do is read a special part of the quest that is in ITALIC text that tells you what to do.

like some people say already i been playing this game since launch and even in city siege or keep sieges with at least 100+ people there my FPS never drop below 40 then only time my FPS drop to 25ish+ was when i was running fraps on a city defend but anyways nice Bash :)

If you want to get technical, Warcraft is a ripoff of Warhammer. Warhammer existed and was a good rolling fantasy setting before Blizzard even came up with the concept of Warcraft. Go ahead and research it, the art style in Warcraft came straight from the Warhammer books.

warhammer was a great pvp game. best pvp game i've played, along with daoc.

i stopped playing it after like 4 months because its performance is really unstable

and it is completely unplayable in sieges n'stuff, even if u have the greatest pc in the world.

but its nice if u like to casualy pvp.

pvp from lvl 5 and its fun, and u level with pvp..

First I use some shiity computer and have better FPS than you :D I don't know on what bucket of sh1t you played WAR but hey :) I don't care :) The best thing about it is that you can get to the pvp right from the start. Not like someother games where you need to get to like 19 for WoW and some 60-70+ for L2 to get to the PvP and Win... +if you want to make a Bash Vid make it good...

Oy dude, well you are kinda trying to kill a monster 4 lvl's higher than you with a tank class that uses 1H. and that may explain the 5dmg hit. In wow you would't even hit ti cause it dodges you, so try compare it that way. and even get to the endgame before you try to bash it, coz you aint so successful.

I play war, and i must admit i ffucking love it. Drizzay talks about being in the war from the very start - and thats just how i like it. The possibility to just logg on and go catch some fights straight away! and i must say, reviewing the game and calling it shit i rank2 (no scenarios done, no rvr, no instances tried etc) its pretty hopeless! but, as i saw - he had some terrible lagg, which just alone breaks the game

Just wait untell you get a 40, with decent high renown rank, you fight 100s per 100s or smaller group skirmishes, it is fun...and i really enjoy it. After a year i see carebears come and go who get lag, due to net/comp or whatever reason. But i disagree with your blog here. Big time and know many more who do. Our servers are sooo active, and it keeps getting better.
