Yeah, fuck, way back in West Berlin, German minimalism- some of the finest, the Poet and The Musician, a table made of wood, a bottle of white wine a Gitanes and you.
Sooo great! I fell in love with this album when I was sweet 16...waaay back when! This is my favorite song from it. I think my parents still have PTSD from me playing it repeatedly! Iggy's Berlin period was his absolute best post-Stooges work to date.
i found this album inside my 'naughty little doggy' cd case, by mistake (i suppose), after a fairly wild house party. i never stop thinking of how heavenly forgetful some of my friends are. long lust life to all of them!
(i also kept the NLD one!)
anyway, i never get tired of listening to this album
Du grand Iggy POP avec la participation active de David BOWIE, l'iguane au sommet de sa forme !!! Une bête de scène que j'ai eu la chance de voir en concert à Paris il y a 20 ans...
what a great song, representing the end of their recording session for "lust for life" to me, one of the greates songs of iggy pop. cocaine, hash and red wine. what else do you need to compose a great piece of work...
well during their berlin period iggy and bowie would have countered that a bit of the ol' white dragon never hurt anyone in the studio. Gets the the creative juices a flowin'
you either got the soul or ya don't

@whiskeyagogo1982 Well, you need composing skills. Iggy obviously didn't have this and just got stoned and singed. I like his voice though.
