I thought this Clear Sky is gonna be a cakewalk for my system. Intel C2Q Q9650 3.0 Ghz & Powercolor Radeon HD 4870X2. I turned all the graphics to the max & also enabled all DX10 features. Its laggy.

@SaKemp01 my first play through of stalker i took my time and missed half of missions b/c the npcs died b4 i made it to them : / so you cant really play at your own pace if you want to reach all the content.

some people call it the cheap version of fallout but i like the atmosphere more in this game

@CartmanLandZ post soviet. And Fallout games have wasteland atmosphere. Another game that has great post soviet atmosphere is Metro 2033

2 completely different games, Fallout is an RPG, whilst this game is an FPS (with some very minor rpg influences though). The ambiance is completely different, Fallout is an 50ies post nucleair america and this is eastern europe, you cant compare those 2 ;) I like them both for what they represent, although i wished that they made CS and COP better games then SHOC (which is in my opinion still superior in atmosphere, weapon handling and storytelling).
