  • this is mad i put a 1p coin in for 30 seconds and i code see it geting cleaner lol

  • Wow that is amazing BUT it corroded the copper on the pennie and now I would like you to film yourself putting the vinegar solution cleaned coin in a money kiosk. Thumbs up if you think it won't work!

  • My first impression of this kid 5 seconds into the video. : Wow this kids retarded

My last impression at the end of this video of the kid : Wow this kids retarded

  • thank you very much!

  • Cleaning coins... very bad idea. Cleaning using this method... worst idea ever!!!

I can't for the life of me figure out why you'd want to clean a coin that is not valuable and never ever will be.

If there's even a remote chance the coin will have value someday, you have now completely damaged and de-valued the coin. All is lost, its completely ruined.

  • why didnt u just use a spoon to stir? you've just ruined the pencil hahahahhaha

  • i used a spoon instead of a pencil...i hope i didn't screw up my coin :D

  • can you use sea salt

  • MA BOULE NU MAI DA EXPLICATII DACA NU AI NICI O TREABA....ASTA SE CHIAMA MASACRU DE MONEDE,,,

  • the method works, but brasso does work better

  • It works but after i let them sit for a day they turned back to looking like crap! even worse then they were....but if your just fooling around i guess it's ok.

  • Cups? "the dirty will get off it"? "Jar"? "Scott towels" Caps, the dirt is gone, bowl, paper towel. What language do you normally speak?

  • That's called a bowl.

  • Og really 3 cups that was caps idiot

  • thx man, saving me a lot of time you rock

  • @whythegudnamestaken they're not stealing your fuckin job! i know you wouldn't go to work in a factory all day and shit dude so shut the mother fucken up!

by the way great cleaning method! i will use it on my dirty dollar coins :)

  • @whythegudnamestaken the ghetto is the way to go dude. dumb rich ass americans would pay 1000 dollars to have their coin collection clean. and what they don't know is that those "cleaners" use the same method we use and it only cost us some salt and vinegar. americans make the job harder than it really is like a dish washer for washing dishes. seriously? a toothbrush that scrubs the teeth by itself...just move the damn fucking brush! haha fucken dumbass ignorant americans always complaining.

  • do not do it made my coins not good

  • Note to chanceworthington, can you speek french , i guess not so shut tne F#ck up, at least he's making an effort, what the fu?c are you doing to be understood

  • does this work on other coins?

  • learn toooo talk assshole

  • and then the dirty comes off...

  • Thanks dude.people!all vinegar works.I used dis-tilled white vinegar and it worked perfectly

  • why do you need to clean pennies? is it fun for u? lol

  • what type of vinegar white, malt etc. DETAIL MATTERS!!

  • Well I L-O-V-E

    PEPSI!!! lol

  • You can also take Taco bell hot sauce and have pennies soak in it for 20 minutes, take it out rinse it with water and it's clean.

  • @whythegudnamestaken Dont you thinks he's saying "cap"? Go be an ass where i cant see it.

  • of all the videos on youtube that actually deserve to be made fun of, this is NOT one. i mean seriously, he shows you how to clean a coin and it obviously works. i don't know what kind of miracles you people expect but from what i just watched he did exactly what he intended to do. lay off

  • you sound like a retard.

  • baking soda helps. and you dont even need salt. it not in the chemical equasion. NACL that is. its basicly just cleaning it because its gritty.

  • Will This even work if I don't have "scott towell" ?? lmao

  • do this with junk silver, not with pennies cuz its pointless

  • are you canadian from quebec?

  • Will it work with Apple cidar vinegar? (plz reply)

  • @Mrpingu938

there is a "Coke" method. All you need is to put the coin in a plastic cup with (diet or regular) Coke (Pepsi works too). Basically what is happening is the acid is eating away at the coin, taking off the dirt.

  • Where do u come from

  • I figured it would have a more scientific method, but this is too simple, vinegar is a acid and the salt is used as an abrasive

  • thank you because now I can clean my collection of antic coins.,

  • a shiny penny is still worth one fucking cent whats the god damn point of this

  • @Naqkin The point is to lose money, pay for the utensils and you clean 1 cent (y) win

  • the dirty will get off it :) haha

  • LOL Keep Pressing 0:37 LMFAO AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA

  • LOL i have the same dish

  • nice ..... it actually workes

  • if u leave a 2 pence coin overnight in vinegar and salt it should actualy turn silver mine did:)

  • Looks like my 1955 double die, 1914D, 1909S VDB, 1877, and 1799 cents are soon to get a makover and find their way into PCGS MS64+ holders! Goodbye, circulated cents, Hello uncirculated cents!

  • So "Do not use this teqnique on valuable coins" Thanks tips but if i wanted to clean coins dont you think i'd want to clean valuable ones instead of random fucking pennies?

  • @TRYxbLiNd1 he means the technique will damage valuable coins. Only an idiot like you would think of using salt on a valuable coin. Now go play your video games.

  • @LennyRhys k bitch regardless he says if you want to clean coins, why would i want to waste my time cleaning a random valueless penny. What am i gonna gain from that, nothing.I could care less about collecting coins but if others do it I wont judge but this video is a waste of 11k+ views. "How to clean coins and make them look new!!!" Next time make a video called "Want to waste your time, click here!!!!!!!!!"

  • @TRYxbLiNd1 your an idiot, why would u want to clean a valuable coin. If you clean it the value will decrease drastically so dont be a fag to other people before you no your facts!

  • @tubby1147 K bitch wanna take it easy i got better fucking things to do then to scavage for pennies from 100+ years ago. Congrats instead of doing something with your life you've collected coins!!!

  • @TRYxbLiNd1 doing something with my life? Ive been collection since ive been 7 and my collection has already gone up over 6000, hbu?

  • @TRYxbLiNd1

Cleaning coins is a terrible thing to do in the first place. It is okay to do on coins that have little to no value to collectors. Clean coins are often undesired on the coin market. On that note, I will say there are a few things wrong with this video. First off, the glass container is TERRIBLE. Plastic containers should be used 100% of the time because hard surfaces (glass) can scratch the coin. He mixed everything around, that is another big no-no.

  • @TRYxbLiNd1 He stated "NOT" That valuable and also for Old coins too ..

  • dose it take tje sliver away

  • fuckin retard never and i mean never use an eraser on a fucking coin if you must clean a coin use baking soda and distilled water

  • fuckin retard

  • collectors value is now gone.

  • fucking idiot

  • CAPS LOCK OFF PLOX

  • Can I clean my Beautiful Shiny Silver Coins with salt and vinegar. ?

  • Ok Salt is abrasive & corrosive. There is no reason to be cleaning your coins especially collectible ones.

Who the heck told you to deface those coins like that should be shot!

  • dont do this with a gold coin it takes off the gold

  • this works great i did it on one of my old coins

  • Why does this ruin the value? Or is it just sarcasm?

  • An eraser rubbed on a coin is one of the worst things that can happen to it It will permentely destroy the value

  • what vinegar you used? is rice vinegar ok?

  • @pigey13 white vinger

  • Yes, this Video is only good for cleaning PENNIES because although you might want a "shiney new penny", if you are selling coins, don't clean it because that gets rid of the value. Use Polish that says that you can clean coins with it. But if you want to clean a coin just for the sakw of making this shiney, then yes, this does work slightly.

  • Don't do it.

  • theres a thing called big kev and it works gr8 on coins

  • of course never use it on valuable coins, i would never use soviet coins

  • theres something called NEVR DULL and it cleans pennys too.i cleaned a 1946 ad a 1944 annnnnd a 1935.

  • @VADERz25 you do know u just ruined the alue right

  • Comment removed
