  • Wallace and Gromit is not 12 fps, its like 24

  • Comment removed

  • @TheXylon98 its shot on doubles meaning its technically 24fps

  • facial hair of justice!

  • every video on stop mo offers a little something, as this is an artform that can be done in many different ways.

The motion rules of slow in-out are invaluable

  • LOL that nigga look like stifler!!! HAHAH holy-shit!

  • the claymations i do are 24 frames a second

  • That's too much. Yes, it looks very supple but it's too much work. About 15 frames are cool for a stop animaiton. Even less.

  • yeah stop motion pro

  • what the fuck is with your earrings?

  • @Dan6687 get helium frog. Its free and has chroma keying and some other stuff.

  • that was so helpful especially about the distance to move a character and timing

  • stopmotionpro

  • hey can someone please help. I just started doing this shtuff and i was curious as to how i can get something to climb a wall or do an explosion like at the end of this movie. sorry if this is a stupid problem that i could just find out on my own but i thought it would be best if someone could help me out! Thanks

  • for explosions and effects i use ms paint

    just draw explosions its good.

  • intresting.

  • Javan Ivey your Green Screens by Sleeping At Last is beautiful

  • he looks like russel howard

  • like the love child of russel howard and Seann William Scott

  • Anyone know what robot chicken is as far as frames per second?

  • 12 fps. And please subscribe to me

  • The standard FPS for ANY (USA) Television program is 29.97. Robot chicken uses a LOT of double framing to make slow scenes (like dialogue, static shots) go at a very slow pace, and single-frames for faster actions (like violent beat 'em 'ups or car chases, for example).

So to the (American) eye, MOST of robot chicken looks around 15 Frames per second, because it's double framed. But naturally, the show runs at 29.97 aka 30 FPS.

  • wallace and gromit is 24 frames per second!!

  • they shoot most of it in 2s though. like he said. its a double take. he should have mentioned that they diuble the frame. so in theroy they take 2 rames then move then 2 frames then move. so it is kind of 12 movements per second but 24 frames.

  • DUDE STIFLERS BROTHER!!!!!!???????

  • haha i thought that! Stiffler's twin haha

  • @sk8b1u thinking the same exact thing :D

  • Are macs better for animation and media design? Or is it the same as windows?

  • Think they're the same.

    Pref. Linux though ó.ò

  • thanks

  • Macs are better for stopmotion, macs have higher export quaility, but macs and pc's both have great video editors, but PC's are waaaaay better 4 game design.

  • im fine with the camara i have, but the computer program is confusing

  • Hi I have several stop motion animation videos and I use the standard Windows Movie Maker to import the shots, reduce their size and combine them into a video, and it's worked out fine I believe. And besides, it's really easy to use and you can add sound and stuff.

  • wow, your doing it the hard way.
