Granted. I have Asperger's Syndrome, and unfortunately, my brain runs a bit faster than my mouth. Hence, I write better than I speak since I have time to edit it.
You might be able to resolve that problem in your videos by writing out your speech in advance and then reading through it once befofe recording. "Um" is one of those common public speaking errors that can be un-learned and is "trained out" in public speaking classes.
