it depends on ur coach,if hes good then he can make you or give you a training schedule like this.i used to practice athletiefore i started in american football and the training schedule was way different it was all about speed explosive ness strenghtand it was really hard,to the point when i wanted to fade and i felt that way fout an hour or 45mins i actually got to have 3% of body fat and i had percent for about 6 months out of the seven and a half months i trained.
