I cannot believe I actually remembered this show as well it's been well over 15 years since I last saw it! Heh guess random chains of thoughts really can bring back childhood memories XD
Oh my God. I jsut happenned to see this video in a list of another video i was watching and i instantly remembered it. I loved this show. Man, they don't make cartoons like they did way back in the late 80s & early 90s.
Yes, that's Raphael...as well as Pinky from Pinky and the Brain, Yakko Warner, Stanley Ipkiss from The Mask Animated, and loads more...the actor's name is Rob Paulsen
how has this video only had 890 views, clearly there are not many people who were born before 1985 on you tube! great vid reminds me of my childhood, thanks for posting
Most of the views come from people embedding the clip in message board threads that get lots of views. The Mutant League promo I put on my other account has around 4000 views at the moment, because (1), it's the only Mutant League cartoon related clip online, it seems, and (2), it was embedded in an article like two days after I put it up.

reminds me of poochy the simpsons character.

@ooohyeahnachoman Yeah, before we had Poochy (The Simpsons character), there was Rude Dog. I only saw this 'toon twice throughout my life.
I concur with you, Rude Dog was kind of reminiscent of Poochy.

For a show created to sell clothes, this show was pretty well done. This might have been one of the first cartoons I ever watched as a kid.
