  • The whole solo is like someone crying. There is speed and very flashy type playing, but the overall effect sounds like utter devastation and humility.

  • nice video...but so depressive...

  • God, astronomical.

  • This is the best guitar solo I have ever heard. Fuck all those people that say Yngwie has no feel. LOL at "eruption", like that has feel. Anyone have the tab to this solo?

  • I THINK VAI IS A GREAT GUITAR PLAYER.... BUT.... I CAN NAME PROB 15 YNGWIE SONGS THAT I LIKE BETTER THAN ANY 1 VAI SONG

  • One of Graham Bonnett's greatest performances.

  • great song!!!!

  • fucking glorious song

  • This song reminds me of......strawberry milk....mmm.

  • I love this song so much. This is what epic Hard Rock means

  • perfect..!!!!

  • Yngwie pisses all over the Comfortably Numb solo here!! His phrasing and vibrato is nothing short of staggering. How to shred with emotion!! A masterpiece!! Never to be bettered.

  • Awesome...

  • Easily, the best guitar solo I've ever heard, and this is the best guitar/voval duet in the history of music.

  • Malmsteens phrasing and vibrato on the fade out solo lays waste to everything else. Easily the greatest guitar solo of all time. Read it and weep Yngwie doubters!!

  • The first time I heard this song, I cried like a baby. I couldn't believe what I was listening to. That was back in 84. I dig it just as much now, and, I dig Yngwie just as much now too. Later, bro.

  • One of his most emotional solo, just like the one he did with Steeler ( Serenade). Incredible vibrato...Thanx for posting..

  • You just can't get that type of vibrato without emotion.....it drives the notes...just like some good lovin...it's the anticipation, the buildup that makes it good....

  • Graham bonnet,he was lead singer of rainbow in 1 cd,down to earth

  • So epic.

    This song.

    Is.

  • It gets my goat this guy is better than that guy arguments. Some people are just tunnel visioned. This was Steve's first band after Zappa and it shows how important the guitarist is as a songwriter cos they both stamp their personality on the music.Love em or hate em Malmsteen and Vai are both awesome musicians. You have to respect great musicians have that their own style. That's the trouble with music now no individualism.A lot of these numetal acts sound the same.

  • @HrhFish

Right on man you got that right!NO individualism...I feel like I'm listening to the same bands over and over again.....

  • What you write??? Vai solo is better than Yngwie???? yngwie have more more more feeling than Vai!!!

  • ya rght man :)

  • Yngwie's solos were just symphonies back then!

  • I like the live versions with both Vai and Malmsteen better than the studio version, but the song is great.

    the solo overthere is amazing.

  • men!!! i got it in live, but i don´t know how get the fortmat to fit in....the solo kick ass

  • Congratulations , it´s a great song but the video is still better

  • Why dont they kill from the start,,,what a light voice,,,but good music, halleluja.

  • dude, how could you said that!!!

  • Fuucc...fucking great solo man!!!

  • i remember buying this album in 1984 on cassette. it has stood the test of time and is still the finest guitar playing and singing ever recorded!

  • TOTALLY BREATHLESS!!!

  • Esta canción marcó una época para mí. Todavía ahora, sigo escuchandola y se me erizan los pelos.

    :)

  • This is what put the Yngman over the top...the other shredders could not touch his emotionalism...he RIPS it here!

  • ammmmmaaaaaazing soloooooo ever heard!!!!

  • And what a solo!!! I miss that Malmsteen so bad!!!

  • big time! that solo was killer!
