The singer is kkryu (also called Panda-shi or Ms.Panda). She is a graduate student from Beijing, not a VOCALOID ^^. All of narrations in the song were also performed by her. The song was composed by MazoP, an amateur musician, for VOCALOID Miku, and released at "Nico-nico-doga" (Japanese video site).

Hi, Yuna425. According to what Ms. Panda (or kkryu) said on the net, she is from China and learned Japanese language in her country. I do not recognize any foreign accent in her Japanese, though. She also sings in her own language.
