Although this song may be somewhat sad, it really is a song of redemption and relationship, it's about "making all things new again".

If you haven't seen "Passion of the Christ", you need too. Don't wimp out. It will change your life. Don't be scared. This happened. It was close to the Bible version and, yes, it was violent. But we can watch other violent movies, right? Please think about it. He could've called 10,000 angels, but He didn't. He did this for US. So we can be in Heaven with Him.
@cataloger1kimberlya I agree, everyone needs to see this movie. They show it often on TBN or just rent it. Watching it is like being there. It really shows how the Romans treated prisoners. I have watched it often and every time I do, I am reminded of what Jesus did just for me. Everytime I think about complaining, I think about what He suffered for me. I always cry, but that's a good thing.

Those who trully follow Christ have been told not to put their treasures in the earth, but in Heaven. Also, if you will look at the Bible, books written from the Old Testament predict events to come in the New Testament, there are 100's of years in between the two. So are you so sure its man written, and not God inspired?

Well I would rather believe then not believe. Think of it this way: If I believe and there is no God, I have lived a good life and I have lost nothing. God is not the one who sends us to hell. We send ourselves by not believing. I agree with you that God does let everyone know who he is and gives them the chance to embrace his love. But many dont. And God does still loves them but they chose their path and he wont interfere with it (he loves us so much that he gave us the choice).

The Bible should be the answer to everyones questions. The answers are there, it's up to us to read in an undertone, meditate on what Jehovah God is teaching us as his children, as his chosen people. & ultimately if we're gonna do according to His will, living our life in harmony with what he has inspired into His Word. @MorX105 - God came incarnate to atone for humanity's sins. He accomplished this on the cross & arose 3 days later defeating not only sin/evil, but death as well. We can be set free by His glorious gift of salvation, if only we humble ourselves & ask for forgiveness. No scales, deeds or watches matter, as Jesus has completely taken all of that away. You can know for sure, that if you sincerely ask Him to save you, it will be done & you will then become a child of the Kingdom of Heaven forever!

If you haven't seen "Passion of the Christ", you need too. Don't wimp out. It will change your life. Don't be scared. This happened. It was close to the Bible version and, yes, it was violent. But we can watch other violent movies, right? Please think about it. He could've called 10,000 angels, but He didn't. He did this for US. So we can be in Heaven with Him.

@cataloger1kimberlya I agree, everyone needs to see this movie. They show it often on TBN or just rent it. Watching it is like being there. It really shows how the Romans treated prisoners. I have watched it often and every time I do, I am reminded of what Jesus did just for me. Everytime I think about complaining, I think about what He suffered for me. I always cry, but that's a good thing.

I m just saying Mary has been made an idol but Mary Can"t give you eternal life, On Jesus can Stop worshiping her!There is more information on the disciples than there is Mary.Yes she suffered, but was not God sufficient to give her grace to endure? Jesus gives you what you need. Mary probably had some insight that others did not have, but she is not to be worshiped , if she was our Lord wold have said so.

The Cross is about Jesus not Mary! Mary carried Jesus in her body for Nine Months..
He was going back to where he came from...he came to the earth through Mary not to have her idolized but to restore the woman to her original place in God.
The woman was deceived, Therefore Jesus who was God could have come another way, but God humbled himself and came through the womb of a woman.
..Take your focus off Mary and get it on the one who paid the price for sin.

@dovecry2 The Cross has to do with all of us. And, more than any other person who's ever lived, Mary suffered the most, after Christ. Remember the Propechy of Simeon, in Luke 2:34-35. At Christ's Presentation in the Temple, Simeon spoke to the Blessed Mother and told her that her son was the Messiah and that He was destined for incomprehendable suffering. Then, Simeon told Mary "And thy soul a sword shall pierce...". Mary suffered, tremendously, throughout the life of Christ, seven times.

@celticwitan If it is a man made religion why are people dying for it? If its a man made religion, why did the original followers die for following Jesus Christ? Those who trully follow Christ have been told not to put their treasures in the earth, but in Heaven. Also, if you will look at the Bible, books written from the Old Testament predict events to come in the New Testament, there are 100's of years in between the two. So are you so sure its man written, and not God inspired?

Because a time will come when every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess He is Lord. But the reward comes only for those who choose Him now. Even the devil and demons realize He is Lord. But as I said, if it is a man made religion, dont you think people would change their mind when being persecuted and put to death?

Well I would rather believe then not believe. Think of it this way: If I believe and there is no God, I have lived a good life and I have lost nothing. If i dont believe and there is a God, I am then doomed to eternal damnation and have lost everything. Not saying that this is why I believe in God. It is just something for you to think about.

If that is true then the punisher is evil. Sounds like satan would do that.
I believe a loving creator would let everyone know the whole truth and then make a decision about people if they choose to go against a way that brings peace love and joy. But punish forever in a burning torment??? I don't believe any loving God could be that cruel.

God is not the one who sends us to hell. We send ourselves by not believing. I agree with you that God does let everyone know who he is and gives them the chance to embrace his love. But many dont. And God does still loves them but they chose their path and he wont interfere with it (he loves us so much that he gave us the choice).

The Bible should be the answer to everyones questions. The answers are there, it's up to us to read in an undertone, meditate on what Jehovah God is teaching us as his children, as his chosen people. & ultimately if we're gonna do according to His will, living our life in harmony with what he has inspired into His Word. We need to show from the bottom of our hearts how much we appreciate the ransom of his only begotten son Jesus. Matthew 24 talks of the signs of 'the last days'. Its astounding!

@MorX105 - God came incarnate to atone for humanity's sins. He accomplished this on the cross & arose 3 days later defeating not only sin/evil, but death as well. We can be set free by His glorious gift of salvation, if only we humble ourselves & ask for forgiveness. No scales, deeds or watches matter, as Jesus has completely taken all of that away. You can know for sure, that if you sincerely ask Him to save you, it will be done & you will then become a child of the Kingdom of Heaven forever!

@MorX105 im sorry but you are mistaken. He was Gods' son, as you can read about in the gospels, and God sent him down to teach His word and to fufill Old Testiment prophesy. He was taken up to Heaven 40 days after he was ressurected, and He ressurected 3 days after He was crucified. So He went to Heaven about 43 days after He was crucified and after He suffered
