I dont entirely understand, arent human rights the right of all people, not just HIV sufferers?

I miss these demos...I doubt very much there was a deliberate effort not to have Latin Americans in the video. Indeed, most people didn't even say what their ethnic identity was so how do we know if there were Venezualans & mexicans in there or not?

And where are the Latinos in the video were not present at the conference? Is that of Venezuela and Mexico were present, only the couple Argentina, do not call this discrimination??
