You can get rid of that restrictive stock MAF and run any modern GM 3", 3.5", or even 4" MAF with the use of a Translator Gen II. Message me if you are interested. My Dad and I did it on an 85 TPI car, with 89 ECM, but that doesn't matter.
And you left the AC hardware in! :) Usually that's the first thing to go in a hot rod engine build. I love it. beautiful car. I'm actually typing this comment with one hand. ;)
What type of motor do u have because I want to upgrade my 1988 chevy camaro? I have a 5.7 350 engine. I dont want to swap just upgrade the Cylinder Heads, Cam, and ect. any suggestion?
not yet on the dragstrip, it runs really well. seems the fuel pump has quit .gonna get that fixed and dyno tuned in late jan. want to change the muffler too

80? everyone keeps telling me series 40 . Does borla sell muffler tail pipe kit? i dont need the whole kit as it is already heddman headers to one into 3 inch to rear of car. The muffler now is pretty much stock gm! Yuk!
well, series 80 is the most beasty one out there. loud, more performance. 40 is mild. its all about what you want. and yes borla does sell just the exhaust only. most shops only sell the mufller, the pipe is extra. well at least out here. ya i remember my stock exhaust too. it was nasty. so i got a borla and never regret getting it. it sounds way better than flowmaster i think. type it in on you tube and search them.
