They didn't have to change anything. Dragon Age Origins was almost perfect, but DA 2 is a step back. A shame Bioware doesn't seem to be worried about it... Even the graphics look more cool in Origins... I hope Dragon Age 3 to have at least an own Toolset.

You know.. even though Origins is better than 2.. and was different story about a guy named Hawke.. It was still very good.. and even the Credits song is great and fits the story as well.. I don't know why people hated 2 so much.. Bioware was trying something new and I liked it.

@THExINDEFIN1TE What I disliked about 2 was that it was linear, with no real changes to the world as the years rolled by. Every cave was interior was identical, every house interior was almost identical. No item descriptions. Old characters reappearing but looking retarded, namely Zevran. Shitty dialogue. Oh, and not being able to change companion armor. Also the lack of names for items bugged me, too many ornate rings. Other then that the game was great, loved the new combat and graphics.

@Hotpinkrandomness They have admited that they will be making a DA3, they haven't confirmed production or release but they have talked about future features for the dragon age series such as being able to customize companion armor, having tactical locations on the battlefield, having party statistical buffs dependent on who you picked for your team. They also showed a map of unspecified locations 5x bigger than kirkwall. If not DA3 then at the least an expansion for DA2 is in the works.

And I think the song fits the story of Dragon age origins perfectly, it sounds sad at some points just like the game, it shows pain, just like the game and most of all its amazing... just like the game! ;D
