  • I thought the guy spoke clearly and loud enough for everyone understand what he was saying, but the lady was a bit low. Over all the opening ststement was right on.

  • i think that australian accents are often unnecessary in a mediation. they can be a major distraction from the real issues.

  • To hogberto

Maybe they are australian... their accent is not a distraction, but the way they speak in that part of the world...

  • I would have to disagree with the statements previously posted on this video. I thought the introduction as a training session covered all of the elements that would be discussed when commencing a mediation session. As for the sound I would suggest that people should turn up the volume on their computer.

  • Drags on and the mediators take too long explaining the process.

  • @janemediator - are you an actual mediator, janemediator?

The process is a vital part of any mediation session and it is essential to make it clear so that the roles are understood and to ensure that the session runs as smoothly as possible. I think that their explanation was necessary.

  • The Mediation session is kinda slow and dragging. I would suggest a more spontaneous opening statement by the guy mediator. The lady although the volume of her voice is a little bit low, but she did was straight forward direct to the point. I noticed that both mediators did not introduce themselves. A very important factor in an opening statement is an introduction. It is being done in order for the parties to feel comfortable and ease.
