this was created by a french sailor moon fan, and it is very good! the french seem to have many dedicated sailor senshI!!! but sadly, it is not official. it can only become official IF, AND ONLY IF, naoko takeuchi either transfers the copyright to sailor moon, which she still owns, as far as this sailor senshi knows! please correct me if i am wrong on this!!!
