Possibly, though there many interesting questions. After 10,000 years of constant torment in a pseudo-life, would the Emperor be the same? If he was reborn, could he possibly cause a civil war between those who believe he's the Emperor and those he think he's not? Then there's the gap between death and rebirth and maturity. What happens to the Imperium in that time without the Astronomicon, without protection from Chaos?
