i practically see out of only my ( my left eyes rom my POV) and just use my right eye for detail and im pretty good at Halo i am a 50...but i play on a 42" TV and sit like 2 feet away from my tv im wayyy blind

no lol, it means that both of my eyes see objects clear to you at 200 feet away, and that i would have to be 20 feet away to make see what it is. both of my eyes are garb lol, 20/200 does not mean anything about just one of anyones eyes :), its an acuity scale.
