The combine-harvester can be obtained in the same place, you only have to stand in front of one of the two that are in there and it will stop, then with any weapon you aim to the man driving in the head and shoot him, the body will get out of the combine-harvester and you can enter on it.

This mission is not really hard. All you have to do is hijack Betsy as fast as you can, and then, you're alright. Betsy is basically indestructable - that's why I beat this mission on my 1st try.
