my westie, harley looks just like that:) He's a little smaller because he's about 7 months old though. Whenever we want to take a picture of him he sees the camera and stays still until we put the camera down:) It's like he knows what to do!

I'm so sorry for your loss. My gorgeous Westie Molly was also hit by a car.. it was extremely traumatic and it happened 2 years ago and is still difficult to grasp. They're in westie heaven!

My 1st Westie just turned a year old. I can't keep her clean. I want another one but my husband says I have my hands full with this one. I also have a pit-lab mix. My Westie beats her up all the time. Sorry for your loss with Shadow. I lost my Carin Terrier last June. It still hurts. That's when we got Laci Snow. She looks like dirty snow most of the time. Your babies are beautiful. Love them with all your heart. They are great little dogs.

sue: I had only one b4=Katie (16) and though she did have a g8 life it was enhanced 100% when Sammy ( Male Westie) stayed.

After she died I was given Sammy and added 3 more within a week of Katie's death ( Alice/Phoebe/Max)....

Greatest characters ever and this breed should not be "solo" dogs as you know how sociable and playful they are! lol

I just love my Westie. I tried to get the breeder to sell me another one that was returned. But the lady returned it three times. And she didn't want to up root it again. She knows it would have had a good home. But she just couldn't move her again. I have really enjoyed Laci. She's so funny, and gets along with our Pit Lab mix and our three cats. If we travel they travel with us. Jada our mix is so good with her. My breeder can't breed Kayla for another year. I enjoy all the Westie videos.

Its a bark collar or for an under ground fence. Gives a small shock when barking - or if for fence gives tone or shock if they get too close to invisible fence line.

my lhasa apso was also my best friend. she was a character. loving and so full of spirit, she loved life and lived it to the fullest. wasn't hardly scared of anything her thirst made me alive... she passed on february 21st. i miss her soo much it hurts. i got a new dog, it's not the same at all. but i still got to love this one. she's still going to be my number 1.
