I really love this music. Ennio Morricone always manages to know just how to play my emotions. He's truly a master at his craft. And Dulce Pontes has a beautiful, haunting voice in this.

It's a travesty that a film like this had to be made, although only because the event it's documenting should never have happened. That said, it's very well done and I applaud the filmmakers. And of course yet another notch on the already very decorated belt of Morricone.

Sorry, but it is a too commercial way of singing for this song. It does mean something when Joan sings it, not only because of the voice, but also because she is Joan Baez. This singer has got a beautiful voice, but I just don't believe her when she "shouts" the words "Revolution", or "power of police" or "racial hatred". And the words have been written by Joan Baez from Vanzetti's letters and the music has been created by Ennio Moricone.
