@pokerfluezy Actually, I heard this recording first in 2004 from Spamlet. As I remember the gal he got it from cleaned up the sound as best as she could. Apparently the audio was really bad.

The cool thing about this music is that he is not blaming her, himself or anyone else for the way he's feeling. He's just saying how he feels about the whole break up situation and how he doesn't understand why/how she got over it so fast.

@Spyderschwinky No way! The gal in the song wanted Damien to change in a way Lisa would never want. The girl just doesn't sound like Lisa. In the interview, I think it's clear he could never be angry with Lisa, like he is in the song. Beside, the song is from March 7, 2004, at the end he says it's about five years ago... I do think "You Shouldn't Be Here" is about Lisa though... it makes more sence with the interview.
