That "wiggle dance" is actually youre bird trying to throw up for you. Throwing up is the ultimate sign of affection for birds so he lovessss you.

my bird petey, a green pacific parrotlet does the same thin how funny-cuz they both have the same name! but i think my petey is cuter,just kidding!

very nice i hope my parrotlets do the same sometimes. i have two green parrotlets and the one i just bought is a baby, he is playful and the older one si 1.5 years old and dosent play too much .if someone could help me how to train them to be good birds aand playful. thanks

Your bird is very cute! He's actually trying to regurgitate, although it is very amusing to watch them wiggleneck like that =) Usually birds do this to feed their young or their mate. Sometimes they do that if something feels stuck in their crop.
