  • You are welcome.

Once your baby is in your arms, you will be capable of seeing your self and your body in a whole new way. Your baby will show you how to see your self as beautiful and important in a way you have never experienced. Just see!

Being a mom requires a lot of physical work too. So do not be surprised if you come back to normal size quite easily! Congrats to you all!! PLG, Shannon

  • thank you! I am so self conscious, I am 36 weeks pregnant and I am not used to being this big so I hope I can go back to my normal size easily with better posture and diet

  • YAY!! That is what I intended for you! Congratulations!

  • This makes me feel so much better!!! I still have that ugly line going down by abdomen, and I was so scared my skin was going to stay stretched forever! I've been using lotions hoping to let it bounce back. But, then again Its only been 4 weeks after birth. I'm just now able to finally pull in on my abs while walking and sitting like I used to. I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one with a completely changed belly button! You sincerely made me feel better about my new stomach!

  • do celebritys just eat fruit when there pregnant or why dont they have saggy skin or stretchmarks??

  • FROM ALL THE SEARCHES I HAVE MADE ABOUT THIS SUBJECT THIS IS ACTUALLY THE FIRST VID I FIND THAT EXPLAINED IN DETAILS WHAT HAPPEN TO US AFTER THE BABY IS BORNED BUT MY BELLY LOOKS A LOT LIKE HERS, MY BELLY BOTTOM HAS CHANGEC COMPLETELY, I FEEL MY ABDOMINAL MUSCLE ARE STILL OPEN AND WHEN I SIT MY SKIN HANGS A LITTLE BIT, IS TERRIBLE FOR ME, I ALWAYS HAD A SMALL WAIST AND FLAT STOMACH IM DOING A LOT OF ABS WORKOUT BC I DONT WANT TO HAVE PLASTIC SURGERY AND SEEN THIS VIDEO GIVE ME A LOT OF HOPE

  • @MsDag11 Thank you for your comment. I have been working as a personal trainer for many years. Having first hand experience in 'regular' life, ie having children, has given me more wisdom in my service to others. I am glad this video offered you some good information. Best of Luck to you! keep in touch, Shannon

  • My belly button doesn't look different? I don't know if I'm odd or what, but it's not. lol. I'm 6 months PP and I'm down to my pre-pregnancy weight, which is nice, but I was flat before and I have a pooch now. So it's nice to see working out will maybe help eventually. Do you have any exercises to work those muscles? I do a lot of situps and planks, but that's about it. I'm not sure what else to do. I'm starting to see abs somewhat again, but I'm still not flat.

  • @pedrohill22 Thanks for your post. It is always a work it process after pregnancy. I mostly recommend the correct ab engagement (as shown in video) while going through any range of movement and exercise. Heck, I even squeeze in my abs standing in line at a store or any where and any time!! The tuffest thing is to remember to do it!! Keep up your good work.

  • Very helpful thanx!

  • @zelzel89

    Your very welcome!

  • So just take a bunch of steroids and it should do the trick.

  • You look great girly! I noticed that my belly buldges out more easily since having my son, makes sense now and Oh how I miss my little innie belly button. Thank you so much for explaining what happens to our tummy's after child bearing. :-)

  • You have an awesome tummy and a very cute and sexy bellybutton !!!

Please make more close-up video of it ! Is sooo sexy !!! =D

  • It's 15 months on from childbirth and my belly is just awful. Having been naturally fit and skinny I've never had to work out or stick to a regieme of any kind so I'm struggling a bit to say the least. Now Summer is approaching I am more determined to get my belly somewhere near to what it used to be. Thank you for the tips, I hope I look as good as you in a years time x

  • oh man, I can't concentrate on what you say because you are soooo sexy

  • Your physique is beyond astounding, as a trainer I'd estimate your BMI at approximately 14% which most fitness models would kill to attain. Quite the ravishing genetic paragon, congrats, you either live in the gym or have blessed DNA...thanks for sharing, really quite impressive lovely stunner ;)

  • This is a great vid. Thanks for assuring me that I have some hope of this stretched skin going back to normal a bit.
