They aren't balloons. They are trying to pull Heaven down to Earth. The band said so in a magazine interview. Plus it's obvious. Constellations are just dots that can make a shape. If enough people get out there and try to pull Heaven down, you'll have a huge constellation. Hope that helped. ;p
