Billy not only has one of the finest voices I have ever heard...He is one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever met. While performing at John Ascuaga's Nugget's main showroom in Reno, he would come into the lounge and sing with our band just for fun! He is truly a great guy and entertainer..............
