Neat concept, and it shows how most of the public doesn't understand how flight works.

The part that appears to be "drunken/dangerous", when he is pushing his nose toward the ground, is actually the safest and most controlled part of the flight!

He's GAINING airspeed, and therefore control!

Most civilians probably breathe a sign of relief when he pulls up away from the ground, which of course puts him closer to stalling and more danger!

Oh well, fun to watch!

@dibourk An L-39 doesn't go that fast to begin with, and when he's flying with Flaps down, he is at the slowest speed he can do. He's not pulling all that many G's., so I'm not sure it's all that painful.
