Block the haters/trolls I have friend he whos bigger then you when you were 14(15 now and still big) he started early also, but he weighed like 140-150 he does alot of sports. He looks up to his older brother which is about the same size as you, I went from being skinny to average and I want to be fit like the 3 of you and my brother. There some people who are like half your size in my school or bigger then me that cant overpower me(they do sports also) but most can.

NO NEED FOR STEROIDS or Synthol or other things...anyway...I've done workout for like a year or so, but if you dont give your body the high level of proteins ( 2g/kg) and other elements of a great importance such as glutamine, arginine, minerals and vitamins you will not grow...all these elements including creatine are in your body!!

dude how did you learn all of this? the supplements and exercisesand everything... I am trying to start working out but it all seems so overwhealming, I just do basic work out with heavy dumbells, the old classic bench press, bicep curls etc. but there aro so many ways to work out and stuff it's crazy.
most of us are a blend of ectomorph mesomorph endomorph. terms refer to the dominating layers of surface body tissue. If those pics @14 are of you without lifting weights, you most certainly would fall into the mesomorph category. building muscle comes easy for mesomorph bodytypes. I know a guy who does nothing but ghetto workout, using monkey bars and jungle jim. this guy, you d think is on steroids. it boils down to genetics.

@TerriHogan1 yes, whey, multi vit and fish oils are my year round supplements. everything else just depends on what training mode I am in. When i am mass gaining, the only 2 supplements I take are fish oils and multi vit because I get everything else from food. Not hard to do when you are eating 4000 to 5000 calories
@brigadesinful are you eating enough protein, carbs, veggies and fruits.. six small meals a day with the rite foood will have you growing like i dont know what and at the end of each workout have that protein shake of your choice... Preferably a premium or ultra premium protein... also dont forget supplementation.. all this and those legs will grow.. dont do so many reps and keep it pumping.. yu will grow i bulked up at yur age when i was 19-20 i was benching 305 max out 2 reps workout 180 lbs
I am gratified for your results and where you are. I am honestly proud to see there are people like you out there. But in all honesty, what you showed me only proved further to me that the majority of bodybuilding is genetics. I do agree that you can also try and do your best that you can, thank you for that. But I mean, I'd really like to see someone reallllyyy skinny and scrauny at the age of 15, like me, reach at least half your size, in 10 years. I think it's possible. We'll see.

He looked pretty fantastic even when he was on them, in my opinion he wasn't too big nor too small. Too bad those decisions stressed his heart condition and led him to pass away.

@avatarcollides2day i did not workout with weights, but I was highly active in sports, martial arts and just play outside all day on the play ground. You would be amazed how much a child can develop just with movement and using their body weight. Just look at people in gymnastic

6'1" 175 3.8% body fat. squat max: 363 bench max: 234 clean max: 228. i used to be a toothpick but i have been working out for 4 years, im 18 now. i know it is possible to get bigger naturally, its something you have to be dedicated to.
@AndyAngelZ yeah I messed up my wrist and fell a little behind. that's really good though. my arms are really long so idk if that makes it harder to bench and clean, but my legs are also really long and skinny. i dont think max completely tells how much strength a person has but their proportions as well. that's really good though for 138, keep it up.

i'd say the early heavy weight use probably stunted your growth, that's not good, you should of hit the weights at about 18, that way your body would of been fully developed and open to major muscle hypertrophy

@88droid i have the same body as you i have a high motabolism and dont wanna force myself to eat more, 130 is basically like a barrier it was really hard for me to pass 130 but once you do it will be smothe from there as far as i know, for me after 130 it was easy to get bigger until i hit about 137(where im at now), my point is just work out alot and cut your cardio down a little bit

I have watched your videos and you have an immaculate physique! However, you should inform people that no matter how hard they work, they will NOT look like you. Genetics determine results, and a VERY small percentage of people have your genetics. Yes a 90 pound weakling can gain 20-30 pounds of muscle over a long period of time, but that doesn't mean they will look near as good as you. And that is why they use anabolic steroids.
@thekingofoakland Legs can help promote the same if not more muscle than your upper body. Tuan probably have amazingly huge legs in that picture, which can boost him up to around 165. Just a thought. Why would I Iie about my weight back then? My wife is Korean only 5 feet tall (and in amazing shape I may add) and she is 125 lbs. LOL at the people blaming genetics...I would say he WAS ahead of most kids when it came to stronger physique but that's no reason for others to do their best with what they got. Even with poor genetics, hard work and COMMITMENT would give results. I emphasize commitment because most people workout for months and when they don't see results they quit or use shortcuts (steroids). To get great results the natural way, one (with poor genetics) must make working out and eating healthy a lifestyle.
You didn't have that build at 14 because you were "very active" (1:48) You looked that way even before you started lifting because of your genetics. You appear to be at the very far end of the curve for natural muscularity. Many people would have to train for a long time just to get to the point from which you began. So you might want to modify your "all it takes is hard work and dedication" message a bit. Very few people have the potential to look like you do now without steroids.
I think lots of people don't get it. The way I read it: This isn't a guy who is bullshitting about how he went from a scrawny 98lb weakling and through training became what he is now. This is a guy who's honest about telling us yes, he worked hard, but also, much of it can be attributed to genetics too. You can train, you can improve, but where you start off will help you decide ultimately if you're happy to stay natural, or need some further 'help'.

@TerriHogan1 yes, whey, multi vit and fish oils are my year round supplements. everything else just depends on what training mode I am in. When i am mass gaining, the only 2 supplements I take are fish oils and multi vit because I get everything else from food. Not hard to do when you are eating 4000 to 5000 calories

I am gratified for your results and where you are. I am honestly proud to see there are people like you out there. But in all honesty, what you showed me only proved further to me that the majority of bodybuilding is genetics. I do agree that you can also try and do your best that you can, thank you for that. But I mean, I'd really like to see someone reallllyyy skinny and scrauny at the age of 15, like me, reach at least half your size, in 10 years. I think it's possible. We'll see.

He looked pretty fantastic even when he was on them, in my opinion he wasn't too big nor too small. Too bad those decisions stressed his heart condition and led him to pass away.

@88droid i have the same body as you i have a high motabolism and dont wanna force myself to eat more, 130 is basically like a barrier it was really hard for me to pass 130 but once you do it will be smothe from there as far as i know, for me after 130 it was easy to get bigger until i hit about 137(where im at now), my point is just work out alot and cut your cardio down a little bit

I have watched your videos and you have an immaculate physique! However, you should inform people that no matter how hard they work, they will NOT look like you. Genetics determine results, and a VERY small percentage of people have your genetics. Yes a 90 pound weakling can gain 20-30 pounds of muscle over a long period of time, but that doesn't mean they will look near as good as you. And that is why they use anabolic steroids.

@thekingofoakland I am 5'6 there around 165. Now at the age of 30, Im 5'7 200 lbs in off season and 175 to 180 only when my bodyfat is at 2 to 3%. So am I lying about my weight now? Why would I Iie about my weight back then? My wife is Korean only 5 feet tall (and in amazing shape I may add) and she is 125 lbs. For why you have so much hate in your words I do not know, but I hope you get some help to work out whatever issues you have

LOL at the people blaming genetics...I would say he WAS ahead of most kids when it came to stronger physique but that's no reason for others to do their best with what they got. Even with poor genetics, hard work and COMMITMENT would give results. I emphasize commitment because most people workout for months and when they don't see results they quit or use shortcuts (steroids). To get great results the natural way, one (with poor genetics) must make working out and eating healthy a lifestyle.

You didn't have that build at 14 because you were "very active" (1:48) You looked that way even before you started lifting because of your genetics. You appear to be at the very far end of the curve for natural muscularity. Many people would have to train for a long time just to get to the point from which you began. So you might want to modify your "all it takes is hard work and dedication" message a bit. Very few people have the potential to look like you do now without steroids.

I think lots of people don't get it. The way I read it: This isn't a guy who is bullshitting about how he went from a scrawny 98lb weakling and through training became what he is now. This is a guy who's honest about telling us yes, he worked hard, but also, much of it can be attributed to genetics too. You can train, you can improve, but where you start off will help you decide ultimately if you're happy to stay natural, or need some further 'help'.

The rest of us could become year round juice monkeys and look OK, whereas he would be placin in IFBB shows. Research recently & partially reprduced in MD Mag shows that protein synthesis will occur regardless of the hormonal response and/or lack thereof. Of course anabolic/anti-catabolic hormones are a HUGE help, I LIKE THEM TOO. However, abner u sound like you "hate"; as his results, while awfully impressive, are VERY plausible. I BELIEVE HIM.
