@Puccinotti if you want it a4, a kitty litter tray might work. I've done this before, I was taught to lay the paper flat on the surface, but that only gets one side colored, and you have to be careful not to disturb the water too much or the ink sinks to the bottom.
Alcohol Ink Brights work really well if you want more vivid colours, also be liberal with the colours for brighter results and allow to dry naturally rather than using a heat tool.

I cant see any reason why not as long as you have a large enough container for the water and plenty of Alcohol Ink.
