@MrMuzzy157 XD it may look alike but that ain't it... thats Vince Vance the brother of Lance Vance .. and Vince Vance died after this game is based ... so in Vice City, Vince is already dead ... Lance tells you that the first time you see him on a mission :D

it increases you life and armor but u need to complete somke missions to get them...like vigilante mission till lvl 16 to get the plus next to your armor...

just go to your safe house and look on the roof and there will be a hellicoptor up there.

yea ull have to do the missions and at 1 mission lance will drive with drugs on a truck over te bridge to the 2nd island. from that moment u got helicopters

nice vid go vic city! oh and if you want t fly a helicopter heres a tip i play simulators and when you want to land a helicopter level it and reduce throttle but making the nose go down is just making it go forward and more throttle makes you go higher and making the tail dip gets you to reverse :P
