@beachbootybum1 That's funny because no civil case is adjudicated in 2 weeks, on top of which, it's not actionable if you are detained as a suspect even if you're innocent. I spent a night in jail once because I fit a description of an assault suspect. The next day, after I was arraigned & released on bond, I called an attorney because I was pissed off and wanted to sue. He said even if I was the wrong guy, they had not violated my civil rights. Probable cause gives them a lot of latitude.

well I don't believe that's the full story. No one has heard the cops side of the story. The police arrive to a scene where one person is found dead with only one witness. The witness responds aggressively to police wanting to Question him. As far as the police are concerned this is a possible murderer who could be willing to murder again. Now I'm not saying the police were right, they weren't, but people need to look at both sides of the story.
