@8484mann I use household filler - then rub it down. Be careful what filler you use though as some things melt the polystyrene. If in doubt try some on another piece of polystyrene or do a very small area on the base of the head. Good luck!

The head is made of polystyrene with a layer of filler to cover/disguise the polytyrene
