Also, Rubybabo is right. Read the manga, after Gold Experience established itself Giornos haircolor went from black/dark (like Jonathans) to blond (like Dios).
Actually not blond, Golden. The hair is golden. It was mentioned colored white in wikipedia at first along with white hair picture but I decided to read this part again noticing some people on streets discussing 'how did his hair turn golden like that? Did he dye it?' So sorry about white hair mess.
But the truth is, it can be blonde, or white, or yellow or even purple (as later seen in a cover), and Araki himself gave the explanation in an interview, in which he expressed how he doesn't envision the characters with the same colors all the time. But that's my contribution to this argument.

If i remember correctly. His haircolor is Black, but he dye it in order to looks like his father, Dio.

His haircolor WAS black, but once his stand activated due to sudden rise of actiivity of other users around Italy, his hair color changed to golden.

@spartasan He doesn't dye it. It just changes it colour due to the influence of his Stand. Giorno doesn't even know that Dio is his father.
