The camera man seems to have suddenly been affected by epilepsy and seems incapable of pointing it at the amazing UFO he is looking at. All signs of a 'shaky camera' effect to make it look authentic.
It really does look CGI created, there is no reason for why the person is filming a street and besides to look up for some clear space to put the UFO.

It might be fake this may be true. But I would like you to take a moment to observe the object just before it jumps into it's high speed acceleration. If you look carefully you will notice a field below the craft first turn on then as it adjusts it's angle actually mutates to cover the entire bottom of the craft
I have the original FLV which was not reprocessed. If you watch the ufo and I mean watch it. you will notice the craft actually levels itself off and underneath a "energy field" engages just before the craft takes off. During it's acceleration the light keeps blinking as it dissapears if you like you can slow it down and check for yourself. The guy on the video's only words were "Sheesh" as in he was speechless.
In genuine UFO videos the person operating the camera has the object directly in the center of the shot to insure sure they having it recorded well; camera movement is erratic due to the person seeing something they haven't seen before. In this video there is none of that. The camera is steady and preemptively pans to look at the UFO before it comes into view. The cameraman had the intention of splicing in an animated UFO later and wanted a good steady shot to make that process easier.
I just thought of another reason this video is faked. The frame rate and detail level in the recording of the trees and surrounding environment, and the sharpness of the alleged UFO. Watch it again and you will notice a difference, when, if it were real, there would be none.
Put 2 and 2 together and it makes 4.... There are very powerful and sophisticated animation programs available on the public market. There are some very amazing things that people have made with those programs. This video is pretty much like playing in the sandbox for anyone with the skill.
Im a believer as well but its the fact that the camera man notices the object and turns the camera before it comes into full view that tips it off as fake to me.
