No. What you have done is you have gone on Limewire or equivalent and searched for things by SOAD and have downloaded something that someone else has labelled as being by SOAD because it has Serj's voice.

Serj has done more collaborations than I can be bothered to count, but I know for a fact this was not recorded with SOAD because I have bought ON CD every single thing SOAD have ever recorded. Even the demo tapes and the songs written for soundtracks. If SOAD made it I own it.
