No it can only run very old games like quake and unreal tournament, and quake live. If you wanna play gta 4 you should consider a laptop with a core i5 and the radeon hd5650 graphicscard like my sony vaio.

Now if your a nerd, You would know, Installing it on your computer, and then copying it onto your netbook wont always work 100%, Your computer and netbook, have different hardware, different hardware need Drivers! - It also might not work because of your Boot settings, YOu can search up onm how to do that ;-)

In what way, Is a 1.2ghz VIA processor better than a 1.68ghz (Easily overclockable to 2.0)? - In that way, I have to say, I prefer the samsung! :)

omg man, please shut up if u dont know what are you taliing about..it has 256mb vram depending on that the chipset has the update installed, and also depends on what its using..on the desktop ofcourse it will use 8mb memory, while in game, it goes to 256mb-.and not because of the operating system...

You can pick up 11inch Ideapads with Nvidia mobile chipsets for around the same price, that's with a C2D chipset. Given, you're not going to get 6hrs life, but with the processor, there's not much the gaming netbooks can do compared to the regular ones.. they cost wayy too much and they approach laptop size/weight. What an idiotic buy. Plus, an EEE 701 can run this game just as well. /fail. 4 stars for what??

Yes it is fast and it runs 6 hours on one battery. it is very a solid and has a good webcam. I think its the best netbook.

if you want to game on it, check the netbooks with nvidia ion chipset those are the best for gaming!

nc10's are quite serprising what they can do profomance wise bering in mind that it only has 1gb of ram and one core(intel atom) because I mainly use it for media purpuses, the other day I had adobe after effects, photoshop and illusrater all running at the same time with no signs of lag and no crashes.

If you really like to game just get a regular desktop or laptop for that. I just bought the NC10 for college to carry around with me in my backpack but I still use a desktop as my main computer. The ten inch screen is very small and even with the 9400m It'll still be a weak gaming computer. Remember the objective for Samsung is to improve performance without hurting battery life so the newer ones will still have a weak processor. 500$ can get u a decent gaming rig these days anyway.

i don't really understand it i install hl1 hl2 on my nc10 and for some reason hl2 runs better. both are on high settings. the only problem with hl2 is it seems to get a system error and shuts down every 20 minutes of game play. i used to have the same problem on my pentium d desktop though so i'm not sure if its necessarily because the nc10 doesn't have enough power to run it.

Unreal tournament perfect, gta vice city perfect, gta san andreas perfect, quake3 perfect. By saying perfect i mean perfect playable however gta and quake 3 need some tweaking in the video options.

I have 2 gigs of memory installed.

it's nice playing games on the netbook, but don't expect new games to run smoothly.
