The pie shells come 2 per package here. You can halve or quarter the recipe if you don't need to feed a bunch of hungry people like I do.

The original recipe I worked from was for 1 pie using only 2 eggs. I upped the egg count substantially in order to accommodate more ingredients while remaining fluffy.

I'm going to remove the corn as a listed ingredient, though. It was needed only because I didn't buy my usual 2nd bunch of asparagus, and artichoke hearts r a better substitution.
