no problem in hindsight i probably shouldn't have stated the facts in such a rude manner anyhow the mp7 is awesome the 4.6x30mm round actually outperforms the 5.7x28mm round in penetration and comparing the weapon system to the p90 pdw by fn herstal a bullpup design cannot be fired one handed as accurately which could be a disadvantage in combat

1. Both the 4.6mm DM11 and 5.7mm SS190 rounds can penetrate a level IIIA ballistic vest, so any additional penetration, short of penetrating a level III, has no practical use.

2. The p-90, being bullpup, has a longer barrel, which means it will probably be more accurate and have a higher velocity.

3. The p-90's grip, which makes it harder to shoot one handed is much more ergonomic than a pistol grip, which is a big advantage.

IMO neither is really much better than the other.

Well... the L85A2s that the British army guys are using in the clip at the start of the vid is very compact without sacrificing barrel length and fires the 5.56 round. Personally, that's what I'd have. And if I knew it was all going to be CQB, the L22A2 variant is even smaller. Smaller than an MP7 with a bigger round but still with that foregrip. Win-win.

@thenerdster96 Because, one: it is a reflex to aim for the center of body mass (chest) because, obviously, it's the easiest place to aim. And two: when you go through "training" you are taught to aim for the upper chest area, to increase chances of actually hitting the person.

here's why the 9mm is better it will go thru walls, tank armor, bunkers, mountians aircraft carriers, here is why the .45 is better it's just knocks the man down. Go with the gun that fit's your shooting style even .22's kill people and a bigger bullet does not mean an instant kill people have survived .50 cal's.

Ok here's my 2cents how many terrorist wear body armor 1% or less. if a 5.56 will penetrate why is something like this necessary. FACT most executive protection firns and virtually all spec ops teams have removed this from their inventory because they cant justify using a 4.6mm armor piercing hole punch.(one reason why it appears so often in movies(surplus X no demand = CHEAP Blank conversion) plus it just looks neat to the nongunsavy public. like an uzi that shoots death rays but it still sucks

The M9 has too much penetration, it will go straight through a man and keep him standing. m1911's will put a man on his ass because the bullet wont go straight though. PS: the m9 will go straight through a man, go through a wall, break a 2000 dollar tv, and hit your son. Too much collateral damage.

Its not that easy. If youre hit on your Body Armour, youre sometimes even unconcious. It saves youre Live, but without any painkillers you wont move anymore because of the Pain. But its always good to be having killed the enemy than just having knocked him out.
