When I think about Africa and how it's a perennial open wound, I can't help think about that Ten Years After song, "I'd Love to Change the World (but I don't know what to do)."
On the one hand, if you just let these people go the way of the Neanderthals then the problem cures itself. On the other hand, that strikes me as cold and heartless, especially since we're all created by God Almighty.

And knowing if you helped them, they will adversely affect and slow your performance and economy. Would you still help them. Africa is slowly getting better, but only after it has understood who is boss around here. Sure they help africa, but intentionally at a slow pace, which is a damn shame.
