Dude, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the guy you want to be is the one who bought the house for $3500 fixed it up for $2000 and flipped it to that woman for $25,000 come on now. Why on earth would you want to tie up $40,000 when you can buy 10 houses for that much with such a strong return?
