I was at some ice temple and just got the boss key. but.... i was on the start menu and wanted to load my current state... and being the idiot that i am... i kept the save button right next to the load button and accidentally hit SAVE on the start menu.. lost ALL progress and rage quit );

@doctorfeelucky Gannondorf is the same character throughout the entire series. Link and Zelda(plus a bunch of side characters) seem to get reencarnated but gannon is always the same.well no one knows for the four swords series...but who the fuck counts those anyways.

It clearly mentions, in both mc and fsa that a large amount of people fled to the sky for protection!!! They also say in FSA that the Hylians left on the main world are facing extinction!!! Skyward Swords happens THOUSANDS of years after!!!

@supermario63ds He's got more than that. It's just that the silver arrows do way more than one damage to him. You can kill him with the regular arrows, but it takes about 30 shots.

@heymrk are you sure about it?? he isn't beatable unless you have the silver arrows it's the same for the legend of zelda(original). silver arrow is the only weapon known to be able to kill the evil entity Ganon. light arrow stun him, while master sword(i.e evil's bane blade) seal him away...

this boss is beyond easy instead of taking all that damage and running around b4 he breaks the floor use the blue rod and it makes you immune to his attacks then just keep wailing on him its 10x easier

the part of the fight when the room turns dark making ganon invisible is kind of a refrence to the fight with ganon in the first zelda game because you can't see him often as you fight him

you get the shield in level 8, and the sword at the pyramid after you throw your tempered sword into the fairy's pond.

Once you've beaten the 6th dungeon (the swamp), the bomb shop (dark world version of Link's house) will sell a large bomb. Buy it, and drag it (carefully) to the spot on the pyramid, with the crack, that can't be blown out with normal bombs. Once it blows up, there's a fairy pond inside, which will turn your arrows into SILVER arrows (REQUIRED to beat gannon), and your Tempered Sword, into the golden sword.

@lleeoo2010 It in Level 7 (Turtles Rock) to get the Mirror Shield and after you beat Level 6 (Missery Mine) then you can get the Golden Sword. Level 8 (Gannon Tower) is the Red Mail/Tunic.
