t1l3r132, This is just a jail-broken iPod touch, if you really want to jailbreak it so do it but then you loose your warranty, support etc. normally you must pay for jailbreakingsoftware and the only thing you can get is 3rd party payware. you can do so much without jailbreaking, and you can get VERY many applications on iTunes store that looks like this =)
