I have got a request - wear a sport bra and thigh shorts, then go running or cycle or sth like that and train about hour very intensive, when you looks like after shower - have a lot of sweat on your belly, back and all body than record a video when you do a lot of (about 100) exercises on your stomach - up-sits etc. with your sweated body ;)
