It's supposed to come out this year after the Hayate no Gotoku movie that's coming this summer and since it's not on the summer or fall list of anime it will be this winter :D and yes the third season is really coming but this year? if i'm not mistaken, hata is not participating in the making of season 1 but he is in season 2.
