I know people come here for the artists depicted, but I want to give a shout out to Jools. Man he get's into an artist like no other person I have ever seen. I hope one day there is a Jool's Holland statue like the one of Freddie Mercury.
My wife says that Jools Holand was part of Squeeze.......and yet know one knows who he is.....or ever was.......Squeeze was great....amd noone knows who this little gnat is....or was.....and you want to mock Paul McCartney..................
Let Me Roll It: when that came out (73?) it really helped put all that "pretty love song" McCartney to bed, where it belonged. Plus i still think it was a message to John

And above all, I'm sure he definitely knows it, his chest voice has aged (and im sure he doesnt mind since he still wants to rock!!) but his head voice for those high notes is SPOT ON, buddy! Love him. Paul McCartney, the energizer bunny. <3
Great stuff. He has a f*ckin' kickass band. The only flaw is Paul's voice. Still pretty good for a 65 year old man. But there's a bobble, especially in his upper register. It's partly covered by the backup voices.
Well it's quite understandable. He's about to turn 70 y o and he knows he will have some difficulty at some point. Playing to 100 thousand people make the mistakes disappear. I saw him in Brazil in 1990 and back then he was fit to perform for hours. I remember when the guy playing the keyboard missed ONE note on Penny Lane and he got really pissed off - threw his sweat towel hard towards the man. I noticed the missing note. He noticed the missing note. But the other 185.000 people didn't
hello paul McCartney you're the greatest artist of the earth and that the whole world is proud of you we are waiting here in BRAZIL, and I guarantee that you will not regret it, we love you, welcome to BRAZIL
We are about the same age, I met Paul briefly in Nashville in 1997.
He last year expressed his appreciation for Susan Boyle. She has soared so
much in 18 months and her latest cuts just released are AMAZINGLY GOOD. I hope they do a duet aimed at the USA market.
I think another NEW silly love song as a duet would soar as her recordings now outsell his. Combine their fans and the attention would be HUGE internationally.
Paul McCartney is amazing! Have seen him in concert the last 2 years- once when he opened Citi stadium in NYC and then second row center in Charlotte. He is as good as I dreamed he would be X1000. PURE entertaining genius. Love, love, love him.
@marcelcruzeiro maybe just a bad day or mood maybe...nerves, idk. SOmetimes in interviews he's off the wall and sometimes he's really quiet. It could be the atmosphere of the studio, maybe it's too formal? informal? Now I'm just ranting...
Respond to this video...Wait no! I totally forgot before I replied like 30 sec ago. He gets nervous a lot when preforming for small audiences, so yeah probably nerves.
Love you Paul even though you would probably be rude to me if I asked you for an autograph.
