@xx2n23 Societal roles exist for a reason; to provide a framework for the natural differences between men and women, which will not become redundant so long as there are two sexes. Differences and stereotypes aren't to blame for unfair discrimination and chauvinism because the sexes being biologically different does not account for them being inferior. The societal drive to homogenise men and women (not to be confused with women's rights) only suppresses their differences, leading to confusion.
