You probly don't need to download software to make a different playlist. Try opening the USB drive when it's hooked up to the computer and just make a different folder, then drag music into it. (assuming that's how it works, it might not be that easy though).

Sony PsP said that you needed special software to make seperate playlists too, but you don't, so I'm just assuming that it's the same with this...
