its a nice song. stop and shop has a ok sound track. its the same with giant. stores have the same sound track. Fantasia from American Idol is the singer and she did a great job. with the song and video.
Store 866, i think the person should be shot that put together the playlist for the store. this song is probably the worst. plays about 3 times during my 8 hour shift. for anyone that also works at stop and shop. its worth it to buy an ipod
While you're correct that the footage is repetitive and that there is no narrative, I'm going to disagree with you when you say that this is not a film. It may be more on the experimental side of film, but it is a film nonetheless (well, "video" would be more accurate if you wanted to nitpick, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you won't)
To me a film has to have a narrative, characters, conflict, ect. The lack of which makes it more like you said, a video. This particularly would almost be more like a music video, although it seems like the intention of the music was to build atmosphere, and be diagetic. Either way I'm not sure why I'm arguing, other than I need something to eat up my time and get my mind of a story I can't write.

Big Y is worse. What's Up by 4 Non Blondes every morning and cheesy 80's pop in the afternoon and working there was a bad experience for me. I quit Big Y and went to work at Stop & Shop and I found it more enjoyable. I work at store 728 if anyone wants to know. But I'll be done there soon cause there's a Super Stop & Shop being built by the movie theater nearby
