I like 2Pac and I like Phil Collins, but I loathe when rappers steal a song and just add their own lyrics to it. This isn't sampling; they're straight up stealing the song because it's the entire body of the song with a drum machine providing a harder, funkier drum track and maybe some kind of small additional accompaniment. I was hopeful that one could reasonably be able expect better from Pac, but I suppose that was a big assumption on my part. >.<
