@highflyingbourne Well excuuuuuuuuuuseee me that I do not like this trend of rearranging classic songs to make them sound "modern" whether it's "Glee" doing this to "Over the Rainbow", or "Glee" taking the Beatles "I Want to Hold Your Hand" and turning it into a dirge, or Susan Boyle turning the Monkees "Daydream Believer" into a dirge.

@bender1958 I was just joking (hence the :3), not everyone can like these covers. I do think it's well-done. As far as "IWHYH" goes, Glee covered the "Across the Universe"-movie version; they did the song slower.

@highflyingbourne Oops sorry. I knew that the Glee version of "Hand" was taken from "Across the Universe" but I still do not like this idea of taking upbeat pop songs and turning into slow dirges....Susan Boyle did the same thing to the Monkees "Daydream Believer".

all of you bitching that the original was better you do realize the original was sung by Judy Garland in 1939 right? IMO that is the best version but this is Glee and Glee does stuff it's own way but all of you are talking about the Israel Kamakawiwoʻole version like it's the original. Get your facts straight before you make fun of someone else for listening to what they like.
